What We Collect: To provide accurate weather context and detailed cloud formation analysis, Cumo requests access to your device's precise location (GPS data) when you use the cloud analysis feature.
How We Use It: Your precise location data is sent to our backend server **only** alongside the photo you upload. This data allows our AI to contextualize the cloud analysis with local atmospheric conditions, improving the accuracy of the cloud type identification, formation analysis, and weather prediction specific to your area.
Because Cumo does not feature a user login or account system, the photos you upload and the associated precise location data are processed **anonymously** and are **not linked to your personal identity** in any way.

We do not store or save your photos or precise location data on our backend servers.
The photo and the associated location data you submit are processed immediately by our AI model. After the analysis is completed and the results are returned to your device, your photo and location data are **immediately and permanently deleted** from our server's memory and logs. We do not retain any copies of your user-provided content or location history.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your photos or location data to any third parties. The AI analysis is performed on our own secure backend systems for the sole purpose described in this policy.
